Nordic PM starts cooperation with Fastighetsägarna Stockholm

Nordic PM AB has been commissioned to lease office space in the property Skutan 37 on Alströmergatan in Stockholm, owned by Stockholm branch of the Swedish Property Federation (Fastighetsägarna Stockholm). The exclusive assignment means that the Nordic PM manages the letting of the vacant office space through its established channels and will also assist with tours, architectural meetings, quote, negotiation and contract writing.
